Shipping
When you place an order, REIHO estimates shipping and delivery dates based on item availability and selected shipping method.
- Shipping rates are calculated by weight to align with carrier policies. All weights are rounded up to the next full kilogram.
- Customs duties may apply depending on destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not controlled or covered by REIHO.
- No sales tax is charged for international orders.
- Once production is completed, tracking details (e.g., FedEx) are provided. Delivery typically takes around 1 week after dispatch.
Returns Policy
REIHO ensures that each item is delivered exactly as ordered. If any error occurs, the item will be remade and resent at no additional cost.
Returns are accepted for items that are:
- All returns must be approved after prior consultation.
- Embroidered or customized items cannot be returned or refunded, as they are made specifically for each customer.
- Returns are not accepted after 6 months from the delivery date under any condition.
Return Window & Refunds
Most unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for either exchange or refund, depending on the case.
- If the return is due to REIHO error (wrong or defective item), return shipping cost will be covered.
- For other cases, return shipping costs may apply.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
